Angel “Renee” Lewis, a true entrepreneur and trailblazer extraordinaire is always stepping out on faith and pressing forward, especially when it comes to serving, assisting and representing her clients.
Angel “Renee” landed her first real job working as a summer intern in the credit card department of a local bank, shortly after graduating high school. Four years later armed with a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Illinois University, Angel Renee’s career changed from banking to personal finance and later to mortgage servicing/management.
Angel “Renee’s” professional career took a series of twists, turns, and detours, until it eventually landed her an opportunity go back to school and earn a MBA Degree from Fontbonne University. Armed with another degree in one hand and a whole bundle of faith, determination and drive in the other, she took control and started a new chapter in her life. While dabbling into St. Clair County, Illinois politics, Angel “Renee” Lewis made history in October 2006 by becoming the first African American women elected at-large as a county office holder – to the St. Clair County Board of Review. As a St. Clair County elected official and member of the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), Angel “Renee” traveled abroad representing her region as an ACYPL delegate to the Philippines in 1996 and Tokyo, Japan in 2006. Angel “Renee” humbly served the citizens of St. Clair County on the Board of Review for twelve consecutive years until she left politics in 2008.
In addition to being the managing Broker owner of Renee Lewis Realty, LLC formerly known as Realty World Executive Group, LLC, Angel “Renee” is the President and CEO of Executive Real Estate Consulting Services, Inc (ERCS), a land acquisition and right-of-way consulting firm. Angel “Renee” along with the ERCS team of right-of-way professionals have crafted an impeccable reputation for quality, efficiency and excellence in the industry.
Throughout her tenure, Angel “Renee” has affiliations with various civic, community service and professional organizations to include: the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), the American Cancer Society, the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL), the E. St. Louis Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction (TLOD), the E. St. Louis Chapter of the NAACP, Habitat for Humanity, Christ Church, FVH Campus, New Bethel MB Church, the National Association of Realtors, Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority Inc., St. Clair West Rotary, the United Way and the YWCA.
